Cabrera Photo & Video is a husband-and-wife photography and video studio based in Conroe (900 W Davis St, Suite 103), serving Houston, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Katy, Cypress and Montgomery County more broadly, with travel available for destination weddings and quinceañeras across Texas and nationwide. Carlos Cabrera, a second-generation photographer originally from Matamoros who picked up a camera at 14, brings over 20 years of experience; Melissa Cabrera, originally from Costa Rica, has more than 15 years behind the lens and also runs the studio’s day-to-day operations. The team also includes a dedicated photo editor (Javiera Gandarillas) and a video editor (Hashim Riaz, nine years of experience and seven of them with Cabrera), so editing stays in-house rather than farmed out.

For quinceañeras, the studio’s stated package covers full-day coverage (8+ hours): getting ready, the church ceremony, portraits, the reception, and the traditions and party highlights. It includes unlimited high-resolution digital photos delivered through a private online gallery, plus the option to add a second photographer for extra angles and simultaneous moments. A detail specific to this studio is the pre-quinceañera photo session, shot 2-3 months before the event to showcase the dress, invitations and theme — useful for large prints or a guestbook. They also deliver a 4-7 minute cinematic highlight video, optional drone footage (subject to venue permission), fine-art enlargements in acrylic, canvas or laminate, and luxury albums with acrylic-glass covers and a matching box.

Wedding coverage follows a similar structure: full-day service from getting ready through the last dance, unlimited digital images, an engagement session included, a 5-7 minute highlight video, optional drone footage, and a luxury acrylic album. The studio additionally covers sports events, graduations, engagement sessions, corporate photography and Indian weddings, and offers standalone videography for corporate events and brand content.

Pricing

Cabrera Photo & Video does not publish prices or costed packages anywhere on its site — every service page (weddings, quinceañeras, video) ends with a “Get a Quote” or “Quote Now” button instead of a rate sheet. The path they push is a free consultation with Carlos and Melissa, in person or via Zoom, to build a package around your date, coverage hours and deliverables (album, drone, second photographer). We didn’t find reliable third-party pricing either: a similarly named business, “Cabrera Photography” in Waco, TX (different contact info and phone number), does publish a price list, but it belongs to a separate company and should not be confused with this Conroe/Houston studio.

If you want a fixed price visible on the first click to comparison-shop quickly across vendors, budget extra time here: pricing only comes after a consultation.
